Epist — Privacy Policy

What we collect
Epist uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and Firebase Analytics to gather anonymized usage data. This helps us identify bugs and understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
No personal information, reading habits, or book content is collected.
What stays on your device
Your books, reading progress, library organization, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
Cloud sync
Cloud sync is an optional subscription feature. If you enable it, your library data is synced using anonymous tokens — no account or personal information is required. You can disable sync at any time and your data remains on your device.
